The study aims to analyze the main psychosocial challenges faced by vulnerable groups and investigate the impacts of these factors on mental health, resilience and well-being. This narrative review was developed from a comprehensive literature review, involving documents and articles from databases such as Scopus, SciELO and Google Scholar. The studies addressed psychosocial challenges, coping strategies and their effects on various vulnerable groups, including young people with cancer, immigrant women, the elderly and health professionals in crisis contexts. The results show that factors such as stigmatization, economic barriers and lack of social support contribute to high levels of anxiety, depression and stress in vulnerable groups. Resilience is strongly influenced by social support and the ability to adapt to adversity. Early interventions and personalized strategies have been identified as central elements in promoting well-being. The research reinforces the need for inclusive public policies that consider the psychosocial challenges faced by vulnerable groups. Interventions focused on strengthening resilience and emotional support are key to mitigating the negative impacts on mental health and promoting greater equity in access to healthcare.
